Life can be challenging, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I am passionate about creating a safe and supportive space where children, adolescents, and young adults can explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors with confidence. My therapeutic approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), and strengths-based practices, all tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. I also incorporate movement and mindfulness practices to promote holistic well-being.

My expertise includes supporting individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, relationship concerns, parenting stress, OCD, attachment difficulties, life transitions, social skills development, autism spectrum disorder, interpersonal struggles, and the effects of intergenerational and generational trauma.

I believe that healing and growth happen when individuals feel seen, heard, and empowered. My person-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approach ensures that each client is met with compassion and guided toward becoming the author of their own story.
