There are times in life when we all feel lost, depressed, anxious, stuck or alone. Seeking therapy is an act of courage. Therapy offers a space for healing, growth, and chance. When we feel stuck, it is natural for us to seek support as we try to understand ourselves and make meaning of our lives. Together we can work through any challenges you might be facing.
I earned my master’s degree from the University of Mankato in Social work. I am passionate in working in the mental health field. Growing up, I have noticed how talking about Mental health in my community was such a taboo. That has allowed me to create a safe space for all individuals who are seeking out therapy.
I have over five years of experience providing individualized support and advocacy for clients with mental health. I work with Individuals dealing with depression, Anxiety, relationship issues, social anxiety, and self- esteem challenges. Most of my experience is working directly with individual adults and young adults to meet their needs. I work with them, set their goals, clarify their values, and work through any roadblocks they encounter on the way. I work with participants to achieve and develop goals that fit their life. My goal is to create a safe space to express your emotions, your thoughts and be yourself.
