Lorine Williams
Clinical Trainee

Life often presents challenges that shape how we live and navigate each day. My passion lies in supporting individuals through these struggles, helping them overcome difficulties, find healing, and restore balance in their lives. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing someone transform and regain their sense of wholeness.
I believe it is my purpose to educate others about mental health, especially within communities, where stigma has long obscured the importance of seeking help. Many suffer in silence, feeling shame or confusion about what mental health truly means. By raising awareness, dispelling misconceptions, and encouraging open dialogue, I aim to empower individuals to prioritize their well-being without fear or judgment. My mission is to normalize mental health as a vital part of overall health and create a space where healing and support are accessible to everyone.
I also firmly believe that understanding someone’s present requires knowledge of their past. Our experiences, relationships, and challenges shape how we see the world, respond to life’s obstacles, and connect with others. Exploring a person’s history helps uncover patterns, identify root causes of current struggles, and provides valuable insights that guide healing and growth. This deeper understanding fosters trust and ensures that therapy is tailored to each individual’s unique journey, making the process more meaningful and effective.
