Many of the clients I work with are navigating life transitions, emotional challenges, and the impact of past or ongoing stressors. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, experiencing anxiety or depression, or trying to manage relationships and responsibilities, you don’t have to go through it alone.

I am passionate about helping individuals and families grow through life’s challenges while building resilience and confidence along the way. My work is especially grounded in supporting women, children, and families, with a strong focus on maternal mental health. I support women navigating pregnancy, postpartum changes, and the emotional demands of motherhood, including identity shifts, stress, and feelings of overwhelm.

I also recognize how adversity, systemic inequities, and lived experiences can shape how we seek and receive support. I am committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can process your experiences openly and feel fully supported. I understand the stigma that can exist around mental health, particularly within BIPOC communities, and aim to provide care that is culturally responsive, affirming, and empowering.

My background in clinical social work includes experience in mental health support, crisis intervention, and community-based services. I have worked extensively with individuals and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, parenting stress, and maternal mental health. I also bring additional experience as a Mental Health First Aid Trainer, Certified Doula, Forensic Interviewer, and Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) Trainer.

In therapy, I use a person-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approach. I incorporate techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness, while also encouraging holistic wellness practices such as rest, movement, and work-life balance.

My goal is to create a space where you feel safe to be your authentic self. I believe you are the expert of your own life, and I am here to support and guide you as you move toward healing, growth, and a greater sense of balance.
