Associate Therapist

Many of the clients I work with are navigating life transitions, emotional challenges, and the impact of stress within their families, schools, or daily lives. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, seeking support for your child, or working through personal challenges, you don’t have to do it alone.

My passion for this work is deeply personal. Growing up, I witnessed the effects of unaddressed struggles within my own family and community, which inspired me to become a source of support and advocacy for others. I am committed to helping clients feel heard, supported, and empowered as they work toward healing and growth.

As an African American woman, I am especially dedicated to serving BIPOC communities and creating inclusive, culturally responsive spaces where clients feel seen and understood. I believe in meeting you where you are while providing a safe, supportive environment to explore challenges and build meaningful change.

I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults, supporting clients through emotional struggles, life transitions, and personal growth. My goal is to help you develop the tools, confidence, and insight needed to move forward with clarity and resilience.
