We can all benefit from having someone to talk to while we work things out in our head. Whether it's life related stress, anxiety over bills, having difficulty expressing the way you feel, or parent / child reunification and communication difficulties, having the support of your therapist can make a big difference in the outcomes. You want someone that can consistently be there by your side as you work through these challenges but also help remind you of how incredibly strong and resilient you are as well. There is no need to travel through life without a little help from an advocate, an ally, a therapist!

I bring a real-life approach to your therapeutic experience. Building rapport & gaining an understanding of what the world looks like from your unique perspective is key to our work together. I use patience, upfront, & a transparent strategy to address both the immediate challenges & the root causes. I also focus on a person's strengths to encourage change.

I work as a Mental Health Therapist focusing on child, adolescent, adult, and family emotional and behavioral disorders as well as trauma recovery. I also work as a Senior Psychometrist who administers neuropsychological evaluations with children, adolescents, and adults.

I received my master’s degree in clinical counseling from Adler Graduate School. I am currently a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the State of Minnesota and a Certified Clinical Supervisor providing supervision for upcoming clinicians needing hours for LPCC, LADC, and LMFT licensure.

I enjoy researching history, road trips, video gaming, family time, and working with people in the community.
