Clinical Associate Therapist
Many of the clients I work with are navigating stress, anxiety, communication challenges, or difficult life transitions. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, struggling to express yourself, or working through family or parenting dynamics, having the right support can make a meaningful difference. You don't have to work through these challenges alone.
I aim to be a consistent, supportive presence as you move through life's difficulties, someone who not only helps you problem-solve, but also reminds you of your strength, resilience, and ability to grow. Therapy is a space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported while working toward real, lasting change.
I take a practical, real-life approach to therapy. Building a strong connection and understanding your unique perspective is central to our work together. I strive to be transparent, patient, and direct, helping you address both immediate concerns and the deeper patterns that may be contributing to them. I also focus on identifying and building on your strengths to support meaningful progress.
My clinical experience includes working with children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating emotional and behavioral challenges, as well as trauma recovery. In addition to therapy, I have experience as a Senior Psychometrist administering neuropsychological evaluations, which informs my understanding of cognitive, behavioral, and emotional functioning across the lifespan.
